Win€UR Archive ASP is the first Electronic Document Management (EDM) solution which was specifically developped in order to speed up bookkeeping operations for accounts kept in ASP-mode.
With Win€UR Archive ASP, you can at last display the original voucher next to the actual bookkeeping entry, without having to change applications.
Win€UR Archive ASP not only represents a technological and software innovation, but also opens up new management techniques in hosted mode. Documents such as invoices can be scanned and sent in digital form to distant users for subsequent consultation.
Once you have booked your accounting vouchers, all you need to do is to place them into the scanner, digitise them, and enter a code number which is displayed on your screen. This programme supports multi-page invoices, and different paper thicknesses, according to the type of scanner being used.
For legal reasons, Win€UR Archive ASP adds a digital signature to the documents in order to comply with the prevailing legal requirements concerning the conservation of originals in numerical form.
