Gold, bronze ou granite ?

GIT can provide various assistance contracts for helping you to implement and operate its Win€UR range of products. These contracts are indispensable to the smooth functioning of your computer applications, and ensure that these are permanently updated to their latest stand.

With an assistance contract, you will automatically receive our regular programme updates, and be granted permanent access to our hot-line services

There are 3 types of assistance contracts, i.e.: "Gold, Bronze, and Granite" offering different service-levels, according to your requirements.

A new service for GOLD contract holders

A new service for GOLD contract holders: BCP procedure (Business Continuity Plan)

All clients with an unexpired GOLD contract will benefit from a new, free of charge service aiming to increase their safety, and ensure the continuity of their company’s operations: this ensures that they are able to use our software under any circumstances ! 

When vital  applications are unavailable for processing daily operations, our GOLD-customers can continue to work with WinEUR at a distance, thanks to our new WinEUR GOLD BCP service.

This system will be deployed if: 

  • Fire or floods affect your computer system
  • Your server is destroyed or doesn’t function properly
  • There is a pandemic illness (A/H1N1 flu, for instance)
  • Your accountant is unable to get to his workplace because of an accident, or illness

GIT guarantees that you will be granted access to its WinEUR GOLD BCP 24 hours service (on working days) as soon as it receives a back-up of your WinEUR data by DVD /CD-ROM, or by email.

In order to use this new service, you need an internet connection, and a PC in working order. WinEUR GOLD BCP can be used for a period of 2 months from the moment we receive the back-up with your data. Kindly note that customers using older versions of WinEUR may have to wait for more than 24 hours, assuming that it is technically possible to retrieve their data.

Hot line WITHOUT a contract

All clients without an assistance contract  may call our hot-line at N° 0900 57 82 62 (CHF 4.23 per minute from a poste fixe)
