This test supplies a composite Internet Performance Index (IPI), calculé on the basis of various measurements obtained from:

   
  • the reception output
  • the transmission output
  • the server's latency

This performance index reflects the "experienced sensation" when using Internet. The fastest connections can reach, or sometimes even exceed an index of 100!

Warning : a single test is not sufficient to reliably assess the quality of your internet connection. You can only reach an accurate conclusion by making several tests, at different times, and on different days! During the test, please exit all applications using any bandwidth, such as: navigation, downloading, P2P, updates, FTP transfers, etc.
