A keen research worker, he has developed and perfected computerised solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Always interested in new technologies, he is preparing for the future in an innovative environment.

Head of Marketing, ASP, and After-Sales services

Albin Delavy and his team are responsible for ASP Services, After-Sales Services , and Marketing. He started his career working for the multinational company, LeCroy Research, a leading provider of test and measuring instruments used in nuclear research. He then joined Honda, where he was in charge of developing a range of software graphics. More recently, Albin Delavy went on to become the technical manager of the most important Swiss e-commerce website,  www.leshop.ch, where he was responsible for all technical aspects of this platform, since its creation.

Head of Administration

Pascale Balestra and her team are rin charge of administration and human ressources. After working for a legal firm, she became responsible for administering and organising the Certificate and Diploma courses in Organisation at ASO, the Swiss Association for Organisation, which counts 320 members in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
Pascale Balestra pursued her career as a management assistant with Fondetec, where she she was responsible for the accounting department, and for managing the loans granted by this organisation to companies.

Eric Schütz and his team are responsible for developing and maintaining our products. Eric has a commercial education, and spent the first eleven years of his career working for an accounting firm. This enabled him to acquire a strong knowledge of commercial and accounting matters. After completing a degree in Computer Science, he converted from being a software user to developing his own management solutions. This quality, as well as his polyvalency often allow him to find optimally balanced solutions for our clients.

Head of Sales

Roland Gaudard and his team are in charge of Sales, and the commercial follow-up of our customers. After studies in hotel management, which developed his flair for human relations, and a left him a taste for customer service, he occupied several jobs involving customer contact abroad. More recently, he became Head of Sales for a company producing medical appliances, and - inter alia - was responsible for developing their worldwide distribution network, and improving customer loyalty..
