Smart Alert
Description
This new module allows you to supervise your company's key-figures automatically, and to send off email alerts to the people concerned, in accordance with certain pre-established rules.
For exemple :
After the opening of his new factory, Mr. Smith, CEO of Xtra Co. Ltd., has decided to apply the following rule:
"General expenses should not exceed 4% of the entity's total costs"
This new rule is implemented in the Win€UR Accounting programme by the accountant, with an additional (personal) specification that compliance therewith should be checked every Friday evening.
If the value of the item under supervision exceeds this 4% ceiling, Win€UR SmartAlert will automatically send an email to Mr. Smith, the manager of the new production unit.
