Maintenance / Help

We offer all our clients with a WinEUR licence an annual service contract. 2 types of contracts, GOLD or GRANIT:

  • GOLD: assistance / maintenance by phone or email. GOLD contract holders can access remote maintenance, the remote control of software by one of our technicians
  • GRANIT: assistance / maintenance by email
  • For our clients who use Cloud WinEUR SaaS / ASP4Experts, GOLD service is suggested.

Update

Annual updates are proposed to all WinEUR clients with an annual service contract: easy to implement with a link sent by email. This email is preceded by a newsletter that, in addition to presenting the general information on our software or company, compiles all the improvements and new features introduced by the upcoming update. Sent by email, this newsletter is available in the WinEUR News section.
